COVID-19 Update (12 May 2020): We're fully operational, but 'contactless' when possible
With the move to Covid-19 Alert Level 2 requirements on Thursday 14 May, we are fully operational. In the interests of our customers and staff we are still working 'contactless', and remotely when practical. Our business continuity plan ensures we are currently equipped with all the tools we need to efficiently and securely service our clients remotely in many cases.
We are availble for hands-on maintenance, repair and support for computers and IT systems for all businesses, including staff working from home. We are still aiming to minimise physical interaction between staff, and with customers. All visiors to our offices will need to Check-in, for contact tracing purposes, and we will follow protcols including 2m social distancing, hand sanitising, and additional cleaning. We have in place protocols and protections for all customer site visits.
